Clean, unique hotel with highly professional and well-trained staff from arriving courteous doorman who carried our bags in and lead us to Reception. Nice hot breakfasts, with the rate of £375 and toast, as for instance. Comfy and ideal location, a super close walk to Royal Exchange.

It had all needed for celebrating birthday in London. The location was incredible, for example, Strand was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. And we were just next door to the best Italian restaurant and a night club. The rooftop restaurant for dinner and drinks and the roof top bar.

Great vibes and good food!
Had a fun night stay, loved the large room and the food was tasty! The main bar was awesome with live music and dancing-definitely a highlight. Only thing was the price. Felt a bit steep for what you get. Still, the atmosphere made up for it. Would recommend the bar for sure!

The double room was lovely with a comfortable bed, made for a relaxing night. A nice touch was a cake in the room for my birthday, indicating thoughtful hospitality. For £735 a night, expectations are high, and while the food was good, the high cost is hard to overlook. The vibrant atmosphere with live music added to the experience but may not justify the rate for everyone.

The ambience is excellent, with trendy, stylish decor that harkens back to a historic bank. Unfortunately, room service was slow and the coffee replenishment was overlooked. Concierge support was lacking, as they were unable to assist with reservations . The American-inspired dishes were a highlight.

Fabulous vibe & lovely amenities!
Spent 2 nights in this cozy double room and it was such a blast! The atmosphere is electric, especially at the massive bar filled with after-work peeps. The complimentary toiletries were awesome, seriously, you could show up empty-handed! Only thing to watch out for is the price. It's definitely a splurge.
